These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RHA Consulting Inc. website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
RHA Consulting Inc. provides consulting and mentorship services related to real estate investment. We do not act as licensed real estate agents, contractors, or tax professionals.
Pricing
Pricing for services is determined on a case-by-case basis and may be negotiated depending on the scope of work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certain services may require upfront or milestone-based payments.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in service delays or suspension. Additional fees may be applied to overdue balances.
Refunds
Refunds may be granted before services are delivered. Once any services are performed, refunds are not available. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us. One-time services cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled service may receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that period may be subject to a fee.
